Grafh is a veteran East Coast hip-hop artist from South Jamaica, Queens, New York, widely respected for his lyrical ability, street storytelling, and longevity in the underground rap scene. Emerging in the early 2000s, Grafh built a strong reputation through a prolific mixtape catalog and powerful freestyle appearances, earning co-signs from industry heavyweights including Drake, Raekwon, Busta Rhymes, Wiz Khalifa, and others.

Grafh first gained national attention with projects such as The Bang Out, The Oracle series, and his major-label debut Autografh (2007). Although major label deals never fully materialized into mainstream success, he became known as one of New York's most respected independent lyricists, maintaining a dedicated fan base through consistent releases and collaborations.
